The Help Desk, which is staffed 24/7/365, is your first step to contact our sales, support, and billing teams. Most issues or inquiries can be resolved in a timely manner through the Help Desk. Our average response time is currently under 30 minutes. We require all current customers to open a ticket before contacting us via phone or live chat. This allows you and our staff to track any ticket from the beginning to resolution.
Although we'd prefer that our customers use our helpdesk as a primary source of contact, communication via email
is also available and will automatically open a ticket in our helpdesk. To insure the fastest response time possible,
